2Eligibility

Open to anyone aged 20 or older at the time of entry, anywhere Num is available, except where this kind of promotion is prohibited or would need a registration or bond the Sponsor has not obtained. 20 is EDC Thailand’s own admission age, with a passport checked at the gate; a winner who cannot be admitted cannot use the prize. Employees and contractors of the Sponsor, and their immediate families, are not eligible. One entry per person; duplicate accounts forfeit every entry.

3How to enter

Hold a Num familiar. A familiar is claimed free inside Num by signing up (the first thousand sign-ups each receive one) or by visiting a Num Door; it costs nothing and no purchase is needed or improves anyone’s chances. Every familiar claimed by the close is one entry. There is no code to send and no form to fill in: the familiar is the entry.

4Entry period

Entries open when this page is published and close at Sunday 30 November, 11:59 PM Pacific (2026-12-01T07:59:59.000Z UTC). A familiar claimed after the close is not in this draw.

5Prize

One prize: Two 3-Day VIP Elevated Experience passes to EDC Thailand 2026, Rhythm Park, Phuket, 18–20 December 2026 — 2 × 3-Day VIP Elevated Experience Pass. Approximate retail value US$798 for the pair. Passes only. Flights, stays and everything else are the winner’s own (NUM will plan them, as it does for anyone). The passes are delivered in the winner’s name through the organiser’s ticketing and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the event is cancelled or the organiser refuses entry for any reason outside the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal value.

One in the number of familiars held at the close. The live count is shown on the giveaway card in the app, and the final count (published here after the draw) is in the proof below.

7How the winner is chosen — and how to check it

At publication the Sponsor chose a secret seed and published its SHA-256 here. On Monday 1 December, 9 AM Pacific the entrant list (every eligible familiar holder’s member id, sorted) is combined with that secret and the public randomness beacon’s value at that moment (drand, the League of Entropy), shuffled by the same deterministic method Num’s other draws use (a Fisher-Yates shuffle driven by mulberry32 seeded with FNV-1a of the seed; source in the Num code, worker/fridaydraw.mjs), and the familiar at position 0 holds the passes. Nobody at the Sponsor can know the seed’s effect before the beacon publishes, and nobody outside can know the secret before the draw.

8Notification, verification and claim

The winner is told in the app and by the contact on their account on the draw day. They have five days to reply, confirm they are 20 or older and hold a passport valid for travel to Thailand, and give the name the passes should be issued in. A winner verifies their identity with 5arz before the prize is released — free, inside Num. No reply in five days, a failed age or identity check, or a duplicate account means the prize passes to the next familiar in the same shuffle (no new draw).

9Your information

Account details are used to run the draw and to contact the winner, and for nothing else. The published proof contains a hash of the entrant list, never any member’s id, name or contact.

10Publicity

The winner may be announced by first name, city and their familiar’s name only. A winner may ask not to be named and still receive the prize.

11Changes

The Sponsor may suspend or end the draw and will say so on this page. No change applies to a draw that has already taken place, and the commitment above never changes once published.
