You get a code and a card. Tap it at the counter, the business signs up against your name, and you earn from the business they actually do through NUM.
A finder’s fee for each business, released once that business has produced its first revenue to NUM — not when they sign. Then a share of what NUM earns on their bookings, and a share of their subscription, for a fixed term.
Nothing is paid for a signature. That is deliberate: it is what stops the programme turning into a race to collect names, and it is why the businesses you bring are worth something to you for years rather than once.
