When am I charged?
Only after a booking NUM sent you completes and the guest turns up. Fees are invoiced each Monday for the week before. There is no card on file to list.
Does the guest pay more?
No. The guest's bill is your price. NUM adds nothing to it, and never takes a fee on a tip.
Can I pay to rank higher?
No. There are no ads, no paid placement and no ranking auction. A plan buys dashboard features, never a place in an answer.
How do I stop?
Cancel a plan from your dashboard at any time, or ask us to take your listing down. Nothing is owed except fees on bookings that already completed.
