Will NUM ever contact my clients?

No. NUM never contacts your client first, never confirms on your behalf, and never becomes their concierge. Nothing reaches a client until you tap confirm, and it goes in your name.

Does NUM take a cut of my bookings?

No. You keep 100% of what your clients pay you. No fee per booking, no commission on your work. You pay a monthly plan, and the free plan costs nothing.

How many clients can I bring?

All of them. No plan limits your clients, the free one included. Charging for the size of your book would only make you keep clients off NUM.

What happens when another host posts a job to me?

You keep 100% of your price. The host who posted it pays NUM the 5%. Nothing is handed to you that you did not accept first.

My client writes in another language. What then?

NUM drafts your reply in the language the request arrived in. Sixteen languages, any hour.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time. There is no exclusivity, and your clients, suppliers and prices stay yours whichever plan you are on.
