✦ Founding hosts — by application

You already have the book. NUM runs it.

If you look after people — a client list, a group of regulars, a family office, a roster of travellers — you are already a concierge. What you do not have is something answering all of them at once, at 3am, in the language they asked in. That is what NUM does, and it sends the work to your people first.

What it looks like

One request, start to finish

Your clientNeed to be in LA Thursday morning. Out of JFK. And have Tom meet me — the black Merc.
NUMBooked: JFK → LAX, Thursday 7:40am, arriving 11:05am. Texting Tom now for the pickup.
Tom — your driverGot it. LAX 11:05, black S-Class. Confirmed.
NUMTom is confirmed for 11:05 at LAX. Anything for Thursday evening — dinner, a table, anything else?

Tom is your driver. NUM did not find him, replace him, or take a cut of him. It texted him, got the confirmation, and told your client. If Tom had been busy, or if there were no Tom in that city, NUM would have gone looking — and told you what it found before anything was booked.

The order it works in

Your people first. Always.

1

The person your client named

If they said Tom, it texts Tom. Named people are never routed around.

2

Your network, closest first

Your own drivers, guides, restaurants and fixers — ranked by who is nearest and who has said yes to this kind of job before.

3

Hosts near your client

If your book does not reach that city, NUM texts other NUM hosts who do, and brings you back a few real quotes.

4

Partner supply

Only if nobody human can take it. Flights, cars and stays through licensed booking partners, so nothing simply goes unanswered.

The part every concierge asks about first

We are not trying to become your clients’ concierge. You are. Your clients stay yours, your suppliers stay yours, and the relationships you spent years building are not ours to route around.

NUM is the thing that answers at 3am when you are asleep, keeps twelve requests straight at once, and remembers that Mr. Adeyemi does not eat shellfish and always wants the second-floor table.

If we ever send one of your clients to someone else while your own person was available and willing, we have broken the product, not just the promise.

What you get

Three things you cannot buy separately

Every request, triaged

One thread per client. NUM reads what they want, asks the questions you would have asked, and only comes to you when a human actually needs to decide something.

Your network, dispatched

Add your people once — drivers, boats, restaurants, guides, the woman who can always get a table. NUM texts them, chases them, and confirms back.

New clients, when you want them

Travellers already asking NUM for exactly what you do, in the places you cover. You choose what you take. Nothing is assigned to you.

Who this is for

  • Independent concierges and travel designers
  • Villa, yacht and estate managers
  • Drivers and operators with a regular client book
  • Family-office and EA teams who book constantly
  • Anyone whose phone is already the booking system

Where we are, honestly

The concierge is live and running trips today. The host side is being built now, with a first group of hosts helping shape it.

That means you get terms and influence a later host will not, and it means some of this will be rough while we build it around how you actually work. We would rather say that than let you find out.

Become a founding host

Tell us who you look after and where. If it fits, we will set you up ourselves and build the first version around your book — not the other way round.
