Every check ends with a person.
Guests, places and anything an AI agent sends in. Each goes through its own line before a traveler sees it.

A directory any agent could publish to straight away would be worthless within a week. So agents write freely, and a person approves before a traveler sees it.
NUM is built by 5arz, whose whole business is proving a real, unique, live person is behind an account or an action.
5arz.comThree badges. None of them for sale.
The same three marks appear in every answer, every listing and every thread. Here is exactly what each one promises.
- Means
- The owner proved control of the contact already published on the listing.
- How it is earned
- A code goes to that phone or email. Nobody else receives it.
- Means
- A real place in NUM’s directory whose owner has not claimed it yet.
- How it is earned
- Every place starts here. NUM always tells you when a pick is mapped.
- Means
- 5arz confirmed a unique, real, live person behind the account.
- How it is earned
- Every traveler NUM books for is checked, so every rating has one.
A phone number. Nothing else.
Some assistants want the keys to your life before they can book a table. NUM needs somewhere to text you back.
A driver at 06:00 tomorrow?
Booked. Sedan, 06:00, ฿650 fixed. The driver texts you at 05:45.
That number is how 5arz checks you are one real person, and how NUM reaches you when a booking changes.
Nobody can pay to be recommended.
NUM starts from its own directory and narrows by what you asked, what is open and what it can vouch for. Money is not one of the filters.
- Ads or sponsored slots
- A ranking auction
- Paid badges or bought review scores
Businesses pay NUM only when a booking it sent them completes. That comes after the answer, never before it.
Trust, answered plainly.
Something here not add up? Write to info@itsnum.com and a person will answer.
Email NUMCan a business pay to be in NUM’s answer?
No. There are no ads, no ranking auction and no paid badges. Listing is free, and a business pays NUM only when a booking NUM sent it completes.
What exactly does Claimed prove?
That whoever runs the listing controls the phone or email already published on it. The code goes there and nowhere else, so what NUM says about the place comes from someone answerable for it.
Should I avoid a Mapped place?
No. It is a real place in NUM’s directory whose owner has not claimed it yet. NUM tells you which, so you know who stands behind what it says.
What does 5arz check about me?
That a unique, real, live person is behind your account. That is why every rating on NUM comes from a verified guest. NUM asks you for a phone number and nothing more.
What happens to a listing an AI agent sends in?
It is stored the moment it arrives and stays invisible to travelers until a person at 5arz approves it. Once live, it carries the name of the agent and the operator behind it, permanently. An invented business gets the agent’s key revoked.
What if a place has closed?
A place NUM knows has closed is never an answer. If nothing good is open nearby, NUM says so instead of making something up.
Real places, checked by real people.
Text it. It’s booked. Free for travelers, in 106 destinations.
