These are worked from what NUM earns per active member, not from a best case. You earn a share of our commission, so a follower who downloads NUM and never uses it earns you nothing — we would rather say that here than let you find it out in month three.

What you can promise

  • The concierge, free, in 39 countries. A real person answering real requests. It is the biggest thing NUM gives away.
  • Venue perks on bookings made in the chat. A dessert, an upgrade, a late checkout, put up by the venue.
  • Activities and tickets. Booked through NUM, live now.
  • Luggage storage. Works today and almost nobody knows to ask.
  • The Friday giveaway. Ten winners a week — something true to post about every week.

What we will not let you promise

  • Hotels. Built, not switched on — it needs a partner setting we have not turned on yet.
  • Car hire. The same.
  • VIP host services — cars, boats, jets, villas. The whole layer works and nothing is listed in it yet. It becomes real the day a host lists something, and not one day before.

Your worth is that people believe you. The fastest way to spend that is a benefits list with three things on it you cannot deliver, so we would rather be short and true.

Four things we will not do

No second level. You earn from the people you brought and nobody else. Paying you a slice of your referrals' referrals is a multi-level structure, which is regulated territory and a different company from this one.

Nothing to buy. No kit, no course, no starter pack, no fee. If anyone asks you for money to become a NUM ambassador, it is not us.

No quota. Post when you have something true to say. There is no minimum and nothing expires.

Your rate is frozen the day you join. If we ever change the share for new ambassadors, yours stays where it was. It is written onto your row, not read from a setting.

Rough is fine. You add your channels properly in your console, and we always show follower counts as self-declared until a platform confirms them.

We email your link and your console straight away. There is no password — that email is your account, so keep it.
