These terms govern your use of NUM — the AI travel concierge you reach through LINE, WhatsApp, text message (SMS), and similar messaging apps, and the itsnum.com website. By messaging NUM or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
NUM is an AI assistant that recommends local businesses and helps arrange bookings with them. NUM is free for travelers. The businesses NUM recommends are independent companies — when you book, your agreement for the meal, tour, treatment, or other service is between you and that business, not with NUM.
After a completed booking we may ask how it went. Reviews must reflect your honest experience. We only publish reviews tied to completed bookings, and we may decline or remove content that is unlawful, hateful, or unrelated to the experience.
NUM operates a text-messaging program. If you give us your mobile number and consent — at itsnum.com/sms, or by texting our number first — we send you customer-care and transactional messages only: replies to what you ask us, and updates about arrangements you asked us to make. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we never text a number we did not receive consent from.
How we handle your number and your consent is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Don't use NUM to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, attempt to extract our data or systems (including scraping, prompt-injection, or reverse engineering), or make fraudulent bookings. We may suspend access to protect the service and its users.
Listing and claiming a business on NUM is free. If your business accepts bookings through NUM, a success fee of 10% applies to completed bookings only — no signup fee, no subscription, and nothing owed on cancellations or no-shows. A separate merchant agreement provided when you join governs the details, including payout, promotion, and review policies. Promotions never change how NUM ranks recommendations; ranking is based on relevance, verification, and guest experience.
The NUM name, logo, product, and content are owned by 5arz. Directory data includes material © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL), and material from Google. You may not use our brand or copy our systems without written permission.
NUM is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5arz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the acts or omissions of the independent businesses you book, or for events beyond our reasonable control (including outages of LINE, WhatsApp, or other platforms). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question — which, for travelers, is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the current version always lives at this address, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes belong to the competent courts of Thailand. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
