Land connected. Pay a fraction of what the big eSIM apps charge.
A data eSIM for your trip, ready before you land, on the country’s own 5G networks. And it comes with something no other eSIM has: your own Num concierge, a text away the whole trip.
Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. Your install link arrives the moment you pay. If we can’t issue it, you get a full refund.
Four packages. Pick how long you’re away.
Every package runs on the country’s main 5G networks and works the moment you land.
3 GB for 15 days. Maps, messages, a few rides and a lot of photos.
5 GB for 30 days. The everyday trip, with room for video calls home.
10 GB for 30 days. Stream, share and hotspot your laptop now and then.
20 GB for 30 days. For remote work, long stays and heavy sharers.

An eSIM with a concierge inside.
A concierge comes with it
Text Num a table for tonight, a driver at 6 am or a pharmacy that’s open now. Any language, any hour, on the data you just bought.
Switched on as you land
Tell us when you land and we send the switch-on steps that morning, so you’re online walking off the plane.
Refunded if it fails
If we can’t issue your eSIM, you get a full refund. Trouble installing? Text us and we fix it or refund it.
The country’s own networks
Each plan names its networks before you pay, like AIS and True in Thailand, docomo in Japan, Verizon and AT&T in the US.
One tap to install
Install with one tap on iPhone or Android, scan the QR from another screen, or type the two codes.
Your number stays yours
Keep your home SIM for calls and bank codes. The Num eSIM carries the data.
The short answers.
Will it work on my phone?
Dial *#06# on the phone you’re taking. If you see an EID number, it takes an eSIM. Every iPhone from the XR and XS on does, and the SE from 2020, as do Google Pixel 3 and later and Samsung Galaxy S20 and later. The phone must be carrier-unlocked. Not sure? Text PHONE and your model and we’ll check.
When do I install it?
At home, on wifi, before you fly. Then switch it on when you land. Tell us your landing day and we text you the switch-on steps that morning.
Does it come with a phone number?
No. It’s a data-only eSIM. WhatsApp, LINE, iMessage and FaceTime all work over it, and your home number can stay on for calls and codes.
What if it doesn’t work?
If we can’t issue your eSIM, we refund you in full. If it won’t install or connect, text us and we fix it or refund it.
Why are some plans marked Not via Hong Kong?
Many travel eSIMs send your traffic through Hong Kong, so some apps think you’re there. Plans with that mark use a different route, and where it matters we pick them for you.
How can Num cost so much less?
We price eSIMs close to cost on purpose. Num earns when you book with it on your trip, so the eSIM is how we say hello, not where we make our money.
