A VIP host is a real person — a concierge, a fixer, someone who has spent years building a book of drivers, tables and people who pick up the phone. If there is one near you and they are taking new clients, you can ask to be introduced.
You do not need one. NUM books your travel either way, with the same answer at 3am. A host is an added service, never a gate — and they cost you nothing. NUM never charges a traveller a booking fee, with a host or without one. Hosts pay us; you do not.
