When you ask NUM to book a table or send a request, it goes to the place (or to NUM’s desk), and the place answers. Nothing shows as booked until the place confirms it. You will see the request in Upcoming in the app, and NUM tells you when they answer, decline or offer another time.
Something went wrong with a booking? Message NUM in the same thread as the booking, or email info@itsnum.com with the booking reference.
A request that has not been confirmed yet can be cancelled from Upcoming, and nothing is booked. Once a place has confirmed, cancellations, refunds and no-shows follow that business’s own policy (see the terms). Where NUM has a place’s cancellation terms, they are shown before you confirm. If you were charged by NUM and something is wrong, email us and a person will look at it.
NUM does not drive or dispatch cars. A ride is a hand-off: NUM opens the ride app or the driver’s contact with your trip filled in, and you book and pay there. Problems with a ride go to that app or driver first; tell us too and we will help where we can.
Some NUM partners deliver. NUM reads your order back before anything is sent, the partner accepts or declines it, and NUM tells you which. Nothing is on its way until the partner says so. Other delivery is a hand-off to a delivery app, where that app’s support applies.
You can delete your NUM account yourself, from inside the app: open your profile and tap “Delete my account”. NUM confirms it’s you with a code first. You can also email info@itsnum.com from the address on the account. What is removed and what has to stay is on the account deletion page.
NUM asks before it loads Google Analytics or the Meta, Reddit and X ad pixels, and in the EU, UK and Switzerland nothing loads unless you say yes. Change your answer any time: Privacy choices. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, NUM treats it as a no. California residents can use the same link to opt out of sale or sharing. Details are in the privacy policy.
