Do I get better places or cheaper travel if I pay?
No, and we would not sell that if we could. Booking, the priority lane and live fare search are the same on every plan, free ones included. A paid plan raises how much you can have running at once and how deeply Num can research — nothing else.
What happens when I hit a limit on the free plan?
Num tells you, once, and offers the plan that lifts it. If you would rather not, close an old plan and carry on. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your profile. You keep everything free forever afterwards — the thread, your plans, your people.
Why is the free plan this good?
Because a concierge that answers three questions and then asks for a card is not a concierge. Num earns from businesses when it sends them a guest who actually turns up, so the traveller does not have to be the one paying for it.
