Amsterdam caps tour groups in the old centre
Since April 2020 Amsterdam has banned guided group tours through the Red Light District, and tour groups in the historic centre are limited to 15 people. Any operator still selling a big-group walk through De Wallen is not following the rules. In practice this makes private and small-group tours the norm in the centre, and it is worth asking any operator how many people will actually be in your group before you book.
