A NUM person files the Philippines eTravel on etravel.gov.ph for everyone in your group. NUM’s fee is $4.99 and the form itself is free. You answer any eligibility questions yourself, the decision goes to your own email, and your passport details are deleted the moment it’s filed. NUM isn’t the government and can’t promise approval.

Worth knowing

The details for a Nigerian passport.

Nigeria is not on the DFA visa-free list, so Nigerians are visa-required nationals (corrects first pass, which recorded 'evisa'). Whether the e-Visa portal accepts applicants under the Abuja post's jurisdiction was not confirmed; use the portal's 'Check if you need visa' tool or ask the embassy. e-Visa fees are non-refundable and paid by bank transfer; the authorised stay on an e-Visa cannot be extended.
