- Paul Bert Serpette — Two joined markets at the top end of Saint-Ouen, where the design furniture and serious antiques are. Prices to match, and many dealers ship abroad. (48.9034, 2.3399)
- Marché Dauphine — A covered market on two floors in Saint-Ouen, with books, posters and vintage clothes upstairs. The one to head for if it rains. (48.9023, 2.3420)
- Puces de Vanves — Stalls along the pavements of the 14th on Saturday and Sunday mornings only. Smaller and friendlier than Saint-Ouen, and the dealers start packing up around lunchtime, so go early. (48.8258, 2.3079)
- Marche d'Aligre — Near Bastille, a small bric-a-brac corner on Place d'Aligre beside the food market and the covered Beauvau hall. Mornings, every day but Monday, and cheap. (48.8491, 2.3783)
- Marche aux Puces de la Porte de Montreuil — Saturday to Monday on the eastern edge of the city. Mostly clothes and household goods, with a few piles of genuine old things if you dig. (48.8556, 2.4152)

Saint-Ouen is a town of markets, not one market
The Saint-Ouen flea market, just past Porte de Clignancourt, is about a dozen separate markets side by side, each with its own character, and it trades on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, with Monday the quietest and many stands shut. Dealers open mid-morning. The stalls you pass first, under the ring road from the metro, sell new knock-offs and are not the market at all; keep walking. At Vanves it is the reverse of Saint-Ouen: stalls go up from about seven on weekend mornings and the best pieces go early.
