- Centre d'Informació del Parc de Collserola — The visitor centre for the Collserola hills above the city, near Vallvidrera. Walking maps and trail advice from staff who know the hills, at the start of several easy routes. (41.4197, 2.1010)
- Monumento a Cristóbal Colón — Not an information desk but the column itself, with a small lift up to a viewing platform at the top. Paid, cramped, and a good view of the port. (41.3758, 2.1778)

Official means Turisme de Barcelona
The real tourist offices are run by Turisme de Barcelona and carry its name and logo. Elsewhere, booths and shops marked "tourist information", especially on La Rambla and around the Sagrada Família, are usually selling tours or tickets and giving advice that steers you towards them. The official offices can sell the Hola Barcelona transport card, which covers the airport metro. For hiking information the official city offices are less useful than the Collserola centre.
