The details for a Chinese passport.
Georgian law (Ordinance No. 255 as amended by Ordinance No. 359 of 11 Sep 2023, checked 11 Oct 2026): citizens of the People's Republic of China may enter visa-free and stay a full 30 days, solely for tourism. For business, work, study or longer stays get the right visa (e-Visa or consulate) first. A Georgia-China agreement on mutual visa exemption for ordinary passports was signed on 10 Apr 2024 (up to 30 days per visit, per the Georgian MFA); its entry-into-force date and any wider purposes were not confirmed on an official page. Mandatory since 1 Jan 2026: health and accident insurance with at least GEL 30,000 cover for the whole stay (Georgian or foreign insurer); airlines or border officers may ask for proof. Since 1 Mar 2026 foreigners working in Georgia, including remote work or running a business, need a work permit.
