Not on Georgia's visa-free list (Ordinance No. 255 as amended, checked 11 Oct 2026); listed as e-Visa eligible (full document set: biometric photo, passport copy, accommodation, round-trip air ticket, travel insurance, proof of funds) on the e-Visa portal's country page. Visa-free instead for up to 90 days in any 180 if you hold a valid visa or residence permit of a listed country (including EU/Schengen states, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Israel and GCC states). e-Visa needs passport valid 3 months beyond the visa, issued within 10 years, 2 blank pages; at the border show proof of purpose, accommodation, travel health insurance and funds (e.g. 3-month bank statement). Mandatory since 1 Jan 2026: health and accident insurance with at least GEL 30,000 cover for the whole stay (Georgian or foreign insurer); airlines or border officers may ask for proof. Children whose passport photo no longer resembles them have been refused entry.
