The cheapest boat trip in Berlin is on a public transport ticket
The BVG ferry F10 crosses the Wannsee between Wannsee and Alt-Kladow, and it takes an ordinary Berlin public transport ticket for the AB zones. Twenty minutes across open water, with the lake and sailing boats all around, for the price of a bus ride. For the city-center tours, know that the Landwehrkanal loop passes under some very low bridges; on open decks you will be asked to stay seated as the boat goes under. Most operators run their full timetable from spring to autumn and a reduced one, if any, in winter.
