Rent the piano, then read the house rules
Berlin law sets night-time quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00, and most rental contracts and Hausordnung house rules add more, often a midday rest and all of Sunday. That matters if you are renting an instrument for a holiday flat: a piano through a shared wall at 23:00 is a neighbour complaint waiting to happen. Ask the host before booking, use headphones on a digital piano, or hire a rehearsal room by the hour. Several shops in this list also teach, and a lesson room can double as practice space.
